1 Introduction

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform to access King33 services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in MYR, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by King33 before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations, including submission of valid identity documents, proof of address, and related materials.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an account on the King33 Platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter whilst your account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. King33 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to under-age individuals will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the King33 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, IP address, household, or device, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. King33 accepts no liability for consequences arising from a Player's provision of inaccurate or incomplete registration details.

4.2 KYC Verification

King33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All Players must successfully complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and may be requested to submit additional documentation at any time in accordance with our compliance obligations. Required documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued identity document — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's License, or Passport.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify King33 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. King33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

King33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, Litecoin). All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform. King33 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which King33 bears no responsibility.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your King33 Account are lawfully owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. King33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. King33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: DuitNow — up to 15 minutes; FPX — up to 2 business hours; e-wallets (TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — up to 30 minutes; bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong — up to 1 business day. These are indicative timelines and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts under review.

Funds derived exclusively from bonus activity may be subject to separate withdrawal restrictions as detailed in the relevant Bonus Terms. King33 reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction or processing fees from withdrawals where stated.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

King33 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin credits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at King33 are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). This multiplier indicates the total amount that must be staked before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a 35x wagering requirement applied to a MYR 100 bonus requires a total of MYR 3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

Where a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum stake limit per round or bet applies, typically in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round unless otherwise specified. Placing bets in excess of this limit whilst a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, whilst table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. 6.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Account Balance.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

King33 monitors all accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies solely to fulfil wagering requirements, hedging bets across accounts or with other platforms, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and any derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

7 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the King33 Platform operate under their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, King33's decision on the outcome of that round shall be final, subject to review by the relevant game provider.

King33 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, at odds or with stakes that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical fault, or where there is evidence of collusion, match manipulation, or exploitation of a known software vulnerability. Players are expected to report any suspected errors or irregularities to King33 customer support immediately upon discovery.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the King33 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of King33.

9 Intellectual Property

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial manner without the prior written consent of King33.

10 Limitation of Liability
